Statement By Members of The Board - Certification of Financial Statements
We have been authorised by the Board to certify the financial statements in their final form.
In our opinion:
• the accompanying financial statements comply with the Local Government Act 1999,
Local Government (Financial Management) Regulations 2011 and Australian
Accounting Standards.
• the financial statements present a true and fair view of the Board’s financial position at
30 June 2012 and the results of its operations and cash flows for the financial year.
• internal controls implemented by the Board provide a reasonable assurance that the
Board’s financial records are complete, accurate and reliable and were effective
throughout the financial year.
• the financial statements accurately reflect the Board’s accounting and other Records.
This statement is made in accordance with a resolution of the Board and is signed for and
