Four years ago the City of Port Adelaide
Enfield prepared a long-term, strategic
document – the City Plan 2010-2016
– which was designed to express the
aspirations of the people who live and
work in the Council area, and those
who visit the area.
It served as an important guide for
Council decision-making and has
helped shape Council’s priorities,
but now it’s time for it to be reviewed
and updated.
In 2013 Council is scrutinising the
City Plan to see how far we have
progressed in our journey towards a
common vision for our city - and to
identify the path Council will take
over the next four years.
Just as the original document was
produced in consultation with the
community, council residents, workers,
students and visitors will again have an
opportunity to provide feedback.
The City of Port Adelaide Enfield
Council needs as many people
as possible to become part of the
engagement process that will produce
ideas to map out our future.
The engagement process will be
held between March and May 2013,
with opportunities to provide
feedback by:
• Attending one or more community
engagement meetings; or
• Completing the questionnaire
which will be available at Council
offices and community centres as
well as online in Council’s City
Plan Review webpage.
People who complete the questionnaire
will also have the chance to win
drive-in cinema tickets, a family
adventure kayaking voucher, a family
dolphin cruise voucher or a Samsung
Galaxy tablet.
A copy of the City Plan is available
on Council’s website
www.portenf.sa.gov.au – or just ask
for a copy by phoning one
of Council’s customer service staff
on 8405 6600 or email
customer.service@portenf.sa.gov.au
