PAE Past and Present: A

photographic competition

with a twist

For the South Australian History Festival we will be conducting

PAE Past and Present: A Photographic Competition with a

Twist. We are inviting our talented community to use their

creative flair to bring the past into the present by reworking

our historic images available on our Flickr page at www.flickr.

com/photos/paelocalhistory/sets/ to create new ones. Use your

imagination to collage our historic images, take a photo of the

same location in the present and merge the two together or hold

an historic photograph at the place it was originally taken and

rephotograph it.

Images will be exhibited online and selected images at Enfield,

Greenacres, Port Adelaide and Semaphore libraries during the

Month of May. The competition closes Friday 27 May.

we want to hear from you. We offer both small group and 1:1

sessions which you will assist in delivering. A couple of hours a

week is what we require, induction and training will

be provided.
