THE DIGITAL LIBRARY
Walk into a City of PAE Library and you’ll be able to access
more technology than ever before.Technology now surrounds
us and is changing the way we live and work. You can use it,
wear it and play with it and most people own an average of
three internet-enabled devices. Schools are now focussing
on science, technology, engineering and maths through
their STEM program and more people are employed in tech-
related industries.
Libraries play an important role in this shift, giving customers
an opportunity to interact with many different types of
technology, arming them with the tools to do so and providing
them with life-long skills.
City of PAE Libraries is super excited to be hosting a free
session about virtual reality, where you can get hands-on with
the latest immersive technology. Discover the possibilities and
have your questions answered by our guest VR expert.
Port Adelaide Town Hall,Thursday 22 March, 12.30-2.30pm.
