Lookout! at the Port
Adelaide Lighthouse
Climb the 74 (or is it 75?) steps of the iconic and
much-loved Port Adelaide lighthouse and take in the
amazing views of the harbour, the coast and the Mount
Lofty Ranges. Since 1869, the lighthouse has been a
beacon to sailors, new migrants, anglers, residents and
visitors - guiding them safely home by day and by night.
Come and visit this favourite wharfside landmark in the
heart of the Port and discover the curious history of the
lighthouse that moved.
