South Australian
Aviation Museum
Marvel at the fourteen fully restored aircraft, from the
diminutive 1925 De Havilland DH60 Moth and the deceptively
futuristic looking De Havilland DH100 Vampire to the grand
Douglas C-47 Dakota. There is also a myriad of floor displays
depicting the lives of our most famous aviators and our
reliance on flight during times of war and peace, as well as a
static display by the Jet Model Aircraft Club of SA.
The atmosphere will come alive as a pair of mighty engines
fire up for you to experience their roar and power every two
hours from midday. And with your imagination stirred, test
your skills in a flight simulator or climb aboard one of the four
planes open for exploring.
