Mark Jackson, the story
sends you on a quest
through Port Adelaide’s
long maritime history,
and evokes some of
the ghosts that might
still wander the Port.
With challenges at every
turn, will you be able to
navigate these stormy
supernatural seas? Music
for the adventure has
been created by Port
Adelaide local, Thomas
James, of Stowaway Live
Music Club and Mixed
Creative. Illustrations by
Adelaide artist, Victoria
Casson, in collaboration
with Alberton Primary
students.
As such, The Captain and
the Curse showcases the
talents of emerging local
artists and the creativity
present in Alberton’s
young students. The
result is a fun adventure
where the wrong choices
will definitely lead readers
to a sticky end. The
