Actual:
Council maintains its Community Land Register in accordance with the Local
Government Act 1999 and the relevant Regulations.
Council has adopted Community Land Management Plans as follows:-
Passive Recreation Reserves
Active Recreation Reserves
Leased, Licensed or Short-Term Hired Community Facilities
Off Street Car Parks
Commercial Property
Stormwater/Drainage Reserves
Operational Assets
Each Community Land Management Plan prescribes Performance Targets and
Strategies, Actions and Performance Measures responding to each Management
Plans Objectives.
During the 2011/12 year, the following community land transactions occurred or
were in progress:
On 16 November 2011 portion of Allotment 802 (Nelcebee Street Reserve),
Osborne revoked of it’s community land classification by Council resolution
dated 11 May 2010, was re-designated as Public Road. The remainder of Lot 802
now contained within Allotment 777 in Deposited Plan 87145 remains held by
Council as reserve/community land.
On 6 June 2012 portion of Allotment 25 (drainage reserve) located within State
Sports Park, Gepps Cross revoked of its community land classification by Council
resolution dated 8 December 2009, transferred to the Minister for Education
as part of the Roma Mitchell School project. The remainder of Allotment 25
now contained within Allotment 77 in Deposited Plan 88175 remains held by
Council as drainage reserve/community land.
On 1 November 2011, pursuant to the Land Acquisition Act 1969, the
Commissioner of Highways acquired the following land from Council for the
South Road Superway Project:
Portion of Allotment 70 in Deposited Plan 84431 Days Road, Regency Park
(Regency Park Golf Course) comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 6067, Folio
213.
The remainder, now described as Allotment 81 in Deposited Plan 88206 is still
held by Council as community land in Trust as a Recreation Reserve.
Construction of a stormwater detention basin was completed upon portion of
Section 2122 at the corner of South Road and Days Road, Regency Park. A
boundary re-alignment to amalgamate portion of Section 2122 with the adjacent
Regency Park Golf Course and designate the remainder as public road and
drainage reserve is to be undertaken as part of the South Road Superway Project.

Annual Customer Satisfaction
Survey.
85% Customers Satisfied
Actual: 96%
The annual customer satisfaction survey results indicated that 76% of customers
were “extremely satisfied” or “very satisfied” and 20% were “satisifed”. Overall,
96% of customers surveyed expressed satisfaction with the service provided.
