City of Adelaide Clipper Ship Tours
The ‘City of Adelaide’ was built in 1864 and undertook 23 return journeys
to Adelaide. The ship carried up to 300 immigrants. Tours are suitable for all
ages, but suitable footwear is essential, as climbing stairs is required.

Hart’s Mill - Urban Redevelopment in
a Post Industrial Waterfront
Presented by Festival of Architecture and Design (FAD)
A walking tour of the Hart’s Mill and surrounding area led by
local resident and Architect Anthony Coupe, Director of the
award-winning Mulloway Studio. The tour will take in the
playground and market space, as well as the promenade
Loop Path. Anthony will examine some
of the remnant wharf infrastructure and focus
on the redevelopment underpinned by historic
research with community input.

Within the walls of the historic Port Adelaide Police Station,
Detective Senior Sergeant Barry Blundell provides an amazing
insight into the police history of the Port Adelaide area,
including gruesome crimes and significant events. Fascinating
historical images are provided by the SA Police Historical Society.
