Our Early Colonists
– The Port Misery
Experience
The Port takes a trip back in time as
members of the Victoriana Society of
South Australia take on the characters of
the early settlers, sharing their life stories
and anecdotes as they mingle amongst
the crowd, sometimes appearing in
obscure places to recount their tales of
arrival at the Port in the 1830s. Look out for
these colourful, fascinating and historical
figures from a bygone era.
