For the Port Festival, Michael will show us his
seafood cooking skills, with demonstrations
at the Complete Seafood Experience.

Fresh Seafood and
Demonstrations
Naturally, there will be a variety of tasty
seafood to enjoy, either fresh from the sea,
delicately smoked or expertly cooked for
your enjoyment. Be there when the prawn
trawlers dock, bringing their catches to
be sold to festival-goers. Make use of the
complimentary fridges to keep your fresh
purchases cold, while you let your tastebuds
enjoy some freshly prepared seafood and
maybe a glass of wine or two.
Local fishers will share their secrets on how
to prepare South Australian seafood for
cooking. Demonstrations will include fish
filleting techniques and oyster shucking.
