South Australian Aviation
Museum
Get up close to some of the world’s most important aviation
history, from 1910 to present day. Thirteen aircraft are on
display, including the Museum’s latest showpiece, the
powerful F-111.
Four displays - Douglas Dakota C47, Fokker Friendship F27,
Wessex Helicopter and Aero Commander - are all open to
climb aboard. Test your skills in a flight simulator. Beware of
the mighty roar as an historic engine is fired up at regular
intervals throughout the day.
But if it’s your stomach grumbling, then grab a snag from the
Museum’s sausage sizzle.
