detailed in pen and ink, plus larger oils on
canvas. Peter’s inspiration, having lived
and worked in the Port for a number of
years, has been drawn from the wharves,
buildings and unique characters of the Port.

Postcards to Larry
‘Wishing you were here x’
Dear Larry, wishing you were here in the Port x
Larry’s letterbox has been inundated with
postcards from his many friends and Aunty
Pearl is at her wit’s end. So Larry has put
his beautiful collection on display in a big
colourful shipping container. He hopes you
will stroll through this makeshift gallery to
somewhere very special. This quirky and
unique exhibition has called upon artists
to send Larry their creative depictions of
favourite Port haunts and scenes on a
humble postcard. Vote for your favourite - it
could become the official postcard for the
Port! The most popular entries will be included
in a special edition coffee-table book.
