Food Fair at Kilburn
Community Centre
Are you passionate about growing, cooking or eating
local food – or all of these activities? Would you like to
find out more about fresh food providers in your local
region or try interesting new foods?
Do you care about ensuring that all people have sufficient
access to healthy and affordable food?
If you can answer yes to any or all of these questions,
you’ll want to come along to the Inner Northern Food Fair
being hosted by Kilburn Community Centre from
11am-2pm on Saturday October 18 at 59 Gladstone
Avenue, Kilburn.
This will be an opportunity to sample the wares of various
providers, including community markets, and learn more
about food production and distribution. You’ll also have
the chance to discover what actions are under way to
share the message of healthy food and increase access to
local food across the inner northern suburbs of Council.
The Food Fair, conducted by the Inner Northern Food
Alliance (INFA), will feature free tastings, samples and
veggie burgers to excite your taste buds.
If you have any questions or wish to find out more about
the Food Fair, please contact Council’s OPAL team on
8405 6876 or
